Our Finest Trophy Mule Deer & Antelope Hunts
Trophy mule deer bucks are still found throughout the west, but you have to hunt with the best outfitters, on the best ranches or in the most lightly hunted areas. Please book your mule deer hunt early, as these hunts sell out quickly.
Hunt #1: New Mexico private ranch trophy hunt for big mulie bucks. Rifle, muzzleloader, and January archery hunts. Excellent outfitter. Very highly recommended hunts.
Hunt #2: Hunt Sitka Blacktail on Kodiak Island on this non-guided hunt. The hunt is 7 days, and the season runs from August 1 through December 31. The rut usually occurs between October 20 and November 20. The outfitter provides transporter service on a 50 foot charter boat with bunks and meals. They will drop you off in the morning and pick you back up in the evening.
Hunt #3: We've worked with this outfitter for many years, and he has always offered a top notch mule deer and antelope hunt. Located on private ranches near Buffalo, Wyoming. Hunters stay in a comfortable bunkhouse, with excellent meals. A great combo hunt.
Hunt #4: Hunt Sitka Blacktail Deer and Sea Ducks from a comfortable lodge on Kodiak Island. One of our favorite Alaskan Outfitters. Great change of pace hunt. Excellent hunt for good bucks. Very popular hunt, lots of action.
Hunt #5: Montana private ranch hunt, near Broadus. Excellent outfitter, ranch house, 4WD. Some great bucks in this country. One of our favorites.
Hunt #6: Excellent private ranch hunt in north-central Wyoming. Family run operation , some of the nicest people in the industry. Please book well in advance. Over 82,000 deeded acres. Some great whitetail on these ranches as well. Very high drawing success.
Hunt #7: Southern British Columbia combination Mule Deer and Whitetail hunt, during the rut in November. Excellent outfitter taking only 4 deer hunters for the season. Hunts are 1x1 guided. Great hunt for big mule deer bucks.
Hunt #8: Hunt with this great outfitter on this private ranch hunt in Wyoming. The hunt is 4 days, 2x1 guided. Hunt is north of Gillette on a ranch that borders Montana. Book early- this one fills up fast!
Hunt #9: One of our favorite mule deer/antelope hunts in Wyoming. These outfitters do a great job. Maximum of four hunters a week. A great hunt for big bucks.
Hunt #10: Hunt mule deer on horseback with this top notch outfitter. You will be hunting mule deer as they migrate out of Yellowstone National Park. Very easy to obtain a permit, you will be glassing until you spot your trophy deer. Rifle and archery hunts available, as well as the option to combine this with an elk. Contact Shoshone Wilderness Adventures today to discuss your different options for this hunt. Outfitter also offers a great Wyoming Antelope Hunt.
Hunt #11: Deer and antelope hunting at it's finest in Montana with this second generation outfitter. Offers both archery and rifle hunts for deer and antelope, as well as archery elk hunts. For deer, the hunting methods vary for each day depending on the time of year, weather conditions, and physical condition of the hunter as well as whether you are hunting whitetail or mule deer. For antelope, the hunt is almost purely spot and stalk. Rifle hunts are 5 days for deer only or deer/antelope combo, or 3 days for antelope only hunts. Archery hunts are 6 days for deer/elk/antelope combo, or 4 days for antelope only.
Hunt #12: Alberta prairie hunts in the limited quota zones, one of our best for big bucks. Motel or ranch house accommodations. Great hunt. Also an excellent archery hunt. Some great whitetails here too. My personal all-time favorite deer hunt. Period.
Hunt #13: This is one of our best Alberta hunts for big trophy mule deer. Outfitter has allocations in both the southern zones and a few in the northern zones. For hunters looking for 180 and better bucks, these are some of our best hunts. Please book well in advance, these are great hunts for big bucks.
Hunt #14: Hunt the Missouri River Breaks in Montana. Hunting Mule Deer here is as good as it gets anywhere in Montana. You will be hunting an end of the road ranch with 5,000 acres of deeded land, and many more thousands of acres of BLM land. This is a 3 day, spot and stalk rifle hunt. Archery hunt is available as well.
Hunt #15: With thousands of acres of exclusive private land hunting in eastern Montana, this hunt consistently produces 100% success rate on good muley bucks and antelope. Rustic but comfortable ranch houses, hot showers, and home cooked meals make for a great hunting experience. Four wheel drive transportation, we can tailor this hunt to meet the easiest or the toughest physical hunting conditions. Season runs late October to the end of November, so we can hunt big bucks in the rut. Guaranteed deer tag, antelope on a draw. Please book well in advance.
Hunt #16: Private ranch hunt in eastern Montana. Bunkhouse or motel accommodations, excellent deer hunting. One of our favorite Montana outfitters. Hunters have choice of great whitetails on this hunt as well.
Hunt #17: Excellent southern British Columbia wilderness hunt for big bucks. All hunts are 7 Days, 1x1 guided. Outfitter has two areas, both with big bucks, encompassing over 5000 square miles. Great mountain hunt for big bucks.
Hunt #18: High country September backpack hunt for great bucks in the Monashee Mountains of southern British Columbia. Glass high alpine basins for bachelor groups of big trophy mule deer. Hunter has to be in good shape, but if you are looking for really good bucks, this is one of our best hunts. Sheep style hunting for mule deer. Outfitter also runs late season rut hunts in November from a comfortable cabin. Hunt combines well with trophy whitetails.
Hunt #19: Located near Buffalo, Wyoming, this outfitter has some great private land antelope hunting. One of our best Wyoming deer hunts. Cabin accommodations. 100% drawing.
Hunt #20: We have worked with this outfitter for over twenty years. One of the hardest working guides in the industry. A great hunt.
Hunt #21: World class, trophy mule deer outfitter in Colorado. This outfitter manages some of the best mule deer hunting properties found anywhere in the West. The outfitter offers an endless amount of options on building the mule deer hunt of your dreams.
